We believe California Assembly Bill 1263 is unconstitutional,  unconscionable, and a direct violation of the Second Amendment. This law  attempts to force private companies to collect and retain your  government-issued ID and mandates that you identify yourself to mail  carriers just to receive standard parts.

Because we are unwilling to expose your data or participate in this  unconstitutional overreach, we have made the difficult decision to stop  direct sales of restricted items to California residents.
